the staff was helpful. it was good to be able to leave my bags early. the lady on reception was very helpful , indeed. the accessible room was roomy. extra pillows were available quickly.

sleeping was difficult due to the loud climate control unit. privacy was limited because of the room layout. there was no lock on the bathroom door.

the location worked great for visiting the o2 academy it was really close. friendly staff greeted me at reception upon my arrival. i found a soft bed in my room too.
