I loved the room, it was very clean and surprisingly quiet, i had a perfect night's sleep. the breakfast was excellent. The spread felt magical!!! the staff was very courteous, always with a gentle smile and willing to help with anything i needed. the location, with its short walk to the heart of everything, added an extra touch of romance to our stay.

the lift was not working and it was a small inconvenience to take the stairs with luggage.

the location is perfect, about a short ten-minute walk into the heart of the city. the hotel is right across from the train station making it very accessible. it is ideal if you plan on traveling by rail.

the location is really convenient opposite the train station. this is awesome if you want to travel around. the carpark alongside the hotel is a bonus. the room was excellent, it was very clean!!!

my room was right next to the elevator. it was unbelievably loud! i asked for a quiet room. the windows didn't close well, letting drafts into the room. several parties were happening with loud music audible in the room until late at night.

I found the hotel's location across from the train station convenient. The proximity allowed for effortless access to regional travel. A large car park is available and the hotel provides very easy access. The reception and bar area are high quality.

Breakfast offered a variety of choices to suit different preferences. I noticed the bar had an attentive barman named Matthew. Nisha served a lovely meal in the restaurant. The restaurant decor has a modern wow factor.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick. I saw the staff, all properly uniformed, as amazing and very helpful. One receptionist provided free drinks vouchers and an upgrade as a nice gesture. Jakub at the bar was polite and attentive.

The room offered generous space along with appealing decor. I also found the staff friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also a strong point and food was refreshed quickly.

My room was very quiet but some work was going on in the hotel.

the reception area demonstrates top quality. the breakfast had lots of choice to suit all tastes. the location is near the train station. it is literally a short walk from the main door, directly to the train station.

i stayed in a standard double room and noticed a lack of a mirror in the bedroom. the room smelled of cigarette smoke in the hall. i found this rather unpleasant. i also noticed the constant smell of cigarette smoke in our bedroom.
