tram stop on-site parking bright feel

the location was near a tram stop, made getting around easy. the parking on-site was convenient, even though it cost extra. i appreciated the bright and airy feel of the hotel.

the breakfast room lacked organization, with only one place to get a plate.

dirty room stained carpets

The location was good with easy access to the beachfront.

My room was not clean enough. i found what seemed like bodily fluids on the shower wall and ceiling IT was pretty disgusting. The carpets also had several stains, made the room feel unhygienic

the room featured a large shower, which i appreciated. the breakfast was good, with many options available. (i especially liked the coffee!)

one of the towels had a stain on it. the parking was not big enough, so i had to park far away.

fantastic stay!

clean room tidy bar fresh food many options

the hotel room was very clean. i had booked a standard double room sofa bed. the bar areas were tidy. breakfast had many options available, it was lovely and fresh.

The air conditioning didn't seem to have an in-between temperature. It was either too hot or too cold.

Staff replenished food quickly. staff also cleaned tables promptly after guests left. the team worked hard to maintain a good experience for everyone. The cleaning was great.
