the breakfast tasted good. it met all my needs, even the gym was one of the best i used in hotels in the uk. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was big and good.

the apartment was basic, especially at that price. it was more like a bedsit and not as the pictures showed. the picture shows a big living room and separate bedroom.

the room had a functional kitchenette and it proved useful. check-in was smooth upon arrival at the hotel. service was good overall, i felt satisfied with my experience.

the gym had a good layout however it became crowded during peak hours.

The location was awesome. It was in walking distance to so many restaurants. It's a short walk to Arndale shopping centre. The room was lovely, and the washing machine and dryer were a bonus.

I paid extra for a room with a view. I was on the 4th floor, not very high up. It made the view less excellent for the extra price. The hot water cut off , and it was an issue.

The location is great. I found it very convenient. My room was very clean. The staff was friendly.

The mattress was very hard. I developed sciatica down both legs again. I had to pay for an extra duvet to put on top of the mattress.

the apartment felt very spacious and clean. the car park was easy to use, a hotel staff helped us out when needed. i liked the location, it was super convenient.
