underwhelming stay

the location proved convenient.
The staff seemed preoccupied. Obtaining extra pillows took over three hours after i had asked. dinner reservations were also a hassle. arriving fifteen minutes early resulted in being denied entry. the entire hotel had squeaky floorboards. The building felt very dull.
