The hotel provides an underground car park with a special rate. A late checkout was granted and staff were happy to accommodate. My premium twin room was spacious and comfortable including a safe, ironing facilities, and hospitality tray. The location is central and walkable to attractions.
It seemed to service lower floors first, causing delays.

The hotel car park was convenient with a charge of £12 per 24 hours. Check-in was quick. Staff offered helpful information. Our room included a smart TV on the wall and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. We had drinks at the bar before going to our room.
Pillows in the room felt hard, similar to rocks. I noticed cobwebs in one corner of the room. The room felt below standard considering the hotel rating.
