the staff were very pleasant. the reception on arrival was fantastic, the head concierge helped with check in. the room had pure luxury, it was set out for us to relax.

amazing bathroom prompt staff beautiful decor

The room had a beautiful decor and an amazing bathroom. I stayed in a junior suite. It offered a great view. I reported a couple of small issues to reception, such as a burn mark on the desk. The staff addressed these issues promptly.

The location is next to the quay, which features many nice restaurants. I found the location great. The hotel is within walking distance of Utilita arena. The hotel is situated near the river.

The rooms are decorated beautifully. My suite included a complimentary mini bar. The room had streaming services available via tv such as netflix. The standard of cleanliness and comfort was excellent (loved the bathroom night light!).
