The staff were very friendly and helpful, . My room offered a lovely view. Breakfast was excellent, it had a good variety and quality of food. I received a drinks voucher, I appreciated this unexpected treat.
The hotel parking was closed for refurbishing. I had to find alternative options.

The reception staff was very helpful taking my case until check-in time. The barman was a delight when I bought a drink. The restaurant staff was lovely and cute, they looked after all my needs. I had a great experience with them.

Charmed by the Quayside Experience

Breakfast featured many options. I enjoyed Saturday afternoon tea with my wife. The food was very nice and the service was very polite (Tessie was a great server!).
I experienced a slight inconvenience with parking. The car park serving the hotel undergoes refurbishment. It wasn't mentioned on the website and required entering through the exit, a bit confusing.

the breakfast offered a large selection of choices that i found acceptable.
parking presented an immediate problem because the designated car park was under refurbishment i was not told about this on the hotel's website. inside the bathroom i struggled with makeup application due to insufficient lighting and an inconvenient mirror setup. bar service was subpar the staff needed additional training to improve customer interactions.
