the breakfast buffet provided many options and fresh food. i found games and cards in the bar available at no charge. the space was also great.
My room felt very cold. No heat came through the radiators. i asked reception for a heater but never received one.

The staff were indeed very friendly and helpful . The location is excellent, allowing convenient exploration of the northern Lake District. The bar area proved spacious. The onsite parking was a great convenience.
I noticed some areas would benefit from minor upgrades.
