The food was very good, offering enough selection for most people. the tram stop outside the hotel was very convenient. It made transport very easy. all staff members were helpful and friendly. i found the hotel to be very clean.

The rooms felt a bit basic and old fashioned. I thought the shower could use an update.

Breakfast offered loads of choice. The food was hot and plentiful. The evening meal was also a plus for me.

The bathroom had black mould in it. I thought the restaurant most definitely needs a revamp and more staff. The service was not good and I had to keep asking for basic things.
