excellent teamcaring mannersmall roomnoisy fan

the reception team were excellent i loved the pooch inside do not disturb sign so much. my dog and i could not have been made more welcome. the reception team answered every question in such a caring manner.

our initial impressions weren't particularly positive the standard room was very small and felt cramped. it was located next to the kitchen fans it was quite noisy and only switched off at 11 pm.
