small roomstreet noise
the room i booked looked nothing like the photos, i think. it was very small and the furniture looked old and stained. also, the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. the walls must be thin because i could hear everything happening outside. i feel really angry about it, i did not sleep well.

the room i occupied showed signs of poor maintenance. the linens were not properly fitted on the bed and just stretched over it. the bathroom cleaning also seemed superficial, lacking thoroughness.

the staff was amazing! gail and derek catered to our niece and table, respectively. the kitchen staff prepared great food every night! christine and terry were hardworking bar staff, and they were very friendly too.
the room was small! it was also dated and not very clean. the shower was also a small triangle, not large enough for an adult. the door had a large gap under it, leading to the corridor.
