great accommodation and staff!
clean roomprofessional staffdelicious food
the room was spacious and very clean it featured new furnishings and lovely furniture i also appreciated the large bed the staff were professional they were always on hand to help with anything i needed. the breakfast had a wide selection with a buffet style full english i thought the food was delicious. the value for money was fantastic i will definitely stay again.

i found the breakfast options very diverse and appealing the full english buffet included pastries cereals juices and smoothies a more selective menu offered american style pancakes which were a great addition.

the staff were warm and cute throughout my stay they were accommodating and nothing was too much trouble i experienced their helpfulness and attention to detail firsthand making my visit more enjoyable.

The inclusive breakfast felt amazing, and the chefs special eggs benedict stay nice. The room felt spacious and quiet, also offering charging points for all my devices. I think the staff were so accomodating, working hard to provide perfect experience.
The bathroom sink took some time to drain.

incorrect invoiceabsent assistance
I was not impressed. The invoice I got at checkout was incorrect for business expenses. It showed £140 instead of the £172 I paid. I tried to contact the hotel for a correction, but I could not reach anyone by phone or email. It seems no one wanted to help me.
