Excellent Hotel Experience
helpful staff comfortable bed grand staircase
The staff were very friendly and helpful (always eager to assist). A nice touch was the birthday plate prepared for my husband. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and a bath was available. The hotel features a grand staircase.
The room felt a bit cold. I had some difficulty adjusting the heating system to reach a comfortable temperature.

The hotel is situated in a central area. It allowed for convenient access to various attractions. Many points of interest were within reasonable walking distance (a real advantage).

excellent stay
excellent location superb service clean room tasty dessert
the hotel location is excellent. the staff service was superb. the hotel is well maintained (i really liked that) and very clean. the room was spacious and included a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and toiletries. breakfast on both days was superb with tasty desserts and drinks.
i found that the taps on the bath were loose. it made running a bath difficult because they twisted when turned. i am not sure if we had to ask to enter the cigar and library lounge because it was locked.

fab stay!
fantastic shower friendly staff nice restaurant
the room had fantastic shower. staff were friendly when i dropped off my luggage, picked it up, and checked in. cookies at check-in were appreciated after a long day shopping! the location were well for the shops and some nice restaurants.
i found the pillows were too soft and a feathery type. i loved the rest of the hotel though.

our room had good size and it was quiet too. the room had everything i needed and i had a big bathroom with a fanatstic shower and clean towels, it worked very well.

food was lovely in downstairs restaurant, staff are very friendly and helpful, and it was clean. the hotel food and beverage prices were clearly displayed, and there were plenty of local bars for a different scene.

attentive staff central location good selection
The staff was attentive and ensured my needs were met, i appreciate that. The room had everything I needed for a short stay and the location was very central. Breakfast offered a good selection of items, it really set me up for the day.
The spa area felt a little small and some of the facilities looked worn. the mosaic tiles were noticeably loose

The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to requests, i appreciate that. Check-in and check-out processes were both efficient, it saved me a lot of time. Staff gave me warm welcome, i am grateful.

The hotel had a spa, though it was a bit small and had limited loungers, it was still relaxing. The gym included treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. FREE wifi was provided throughout the hotel.

The staff exuded warmth and attentiveness. The breakfast selection was varied. I found the pastries AMAZING!!! The location was superb with attractions accessible. The lifts were quick. I did not experience any delays.
