the staff gave prompt service, especially at breakfast. i found the twin beds perfect for a restful night. i enjoyed the location near many dock restaurants. the included breakfast offers good choices.
i find the room did not have enough sound insulation from corridor noise. corridor sounds travel easily into rooms.

the location was great for exploring the docks i found the breakfast offered plenty of choices and it was easy to find something i liked the room was clean and the bed was comfortable providing a good night's sleep
the window opening was very small and it was hard to get fresh air into the room

the location is excellent.. the buffet breakfast was extensive and regularly replenished. all staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel was clean and in very good decorative order.
There was no fresh fruit. Only a sugary berry-compote. the duvets were far too thick for a warm summer evening, and there was no proper ventilation system in the room. the second bed was a pull out sofa, really uncomfortable and much too small for two people.
