clean room spacious room delicious breakfast
i found the room clean and also spacious! the location is great, offering easy access to nearby attractions, i also found breakfast to be quite delicious with many options. the staff was also very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
I did notice the bar closed a bit early one night. I think extending the hours slightly would be amazing

Excellent Stay
poster bed friendly staff
The superior double suite I stayed in (room 216) had a beautiful four poster bed. The room also featured a two-seater sofa and two tub chairs. Breakfast offered a nice selection of items. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room felt quite dated. There was no pool available at the hotel. The location of my room was very far away from any exit (this was difficult because I traveled with my dog).
Dining
8/10
Breakfast included a range of options. It featured traditional English items alongside pastries and fresh fruit. The dining area was clean and well-kept. Tables were promptly cleared by staff.
Service
9/10
Staff members were attentive and responsive to requests. Check-in was efficient. The reception area provided helpful information regarding local attractions. The service.

charming stay with a view
great location sea view lovely room
the hotel's location near the gardens and the main shopping area was very convenient , and my standard double room view had a lovely view of the gardens and the sea. i was grateful for the upgrade to a room with a sea view upon arrival. the room was spacious with a great view , too.
rain poured through the closed window during a stormy night , so i had to use towels to reduce the noise and prevent the carpet from getting soaked.
Dining
9/10
the buffet food offered a good selection , especially the breakfast options , and there was also a good choice of food at dinner , all served in a buffet style , which i found convenient.
Service
8/10
the staff were generally helpful and friendly . they were polite and professional, and i appreciated their assistance when i needed to change rooms due to the initial room having issues with the window.
