Mixed Experience Due to Room Issues

good locationundercooked chipssoggy bread
The location of the hotel is good.
The room was too warm. There was inadequate ventilation. Two small transom windows were all I had to open, yet the room was like a sauna. It was impossible to sleep comfortably, despite having a fan. Lunch in the bar was also a letdown. My sandwich came with undercooked, white chunky chips. The toasted sandwich wasn't toasted properly either. It was only toasted on one side and soggy on the other.
