fantastic central stay
amazing breakfastcomfy hotelpolite staffgreat pub
breakfast was included and amazing. the hotel was comfy and inviting. the staff were polite even during the busy morning breakfast service. i enjoyed having several drinks at the great pub inside.
i found the pillows in the room too hard. i had some neck pain and had to swap with my wife during the night so she could get some sleep.

faulty alarmhealth issue
the fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. it went on for ten minutes. i was scared. it happened again at 5:30 am. the staff said it happens sometimes. previous reviews mentioned this issue. why hasn't the owner fixed it?
