charming stay
lovely viewhelpful staffexcellent value
room 115 was great. It had lovely views and a separate area to watch tv. the staff were fantastic and very helpful. food and the swimming pool were both amazing. the value for money was excellent.

the hotel is near a bus stop which is very convenient. you can easily start many hikes right from the hotel, great for exploring the area. this makes getting around and seeing the sights very easy.

My room was a Club Double Room, and I found it spacious. Breakfast had many choices, and it tasted lovely. I could easily spend several hours in the comfortable lounge with its big windows and great views.
The parking here is problematic because there are few places for a hotel of this size. Room decor seemed poor, with some marks on the walls in my room. I also did notice some damage to the bed headboard.

i found the swimming pool and spa to be a great addition. the lounge features giant sofas and a games collection in the corner. the location served as a perfect base for exploring local attractions and scenic walks.
I noticed slow service in the dining room. One day, i waited an hour for my main course. the portions also seemed small relative to the cost, considering the limited accompaniments provided.

the location was very convenient. i found the bar and lounge area to be excellent. the breakfast was great (especially the variety of pastries!).
The room i stayed in felt quite cramped. i noticed there wasn't a fridge in the room. it was very noisy at night. I was woken up a few times.
