the room, a classic double or twin room, were immaculate. it features comfortable beds and clean linens, so i sleep well. breakfast was included and offered a buffet selection to satisfy various appetites. the staff, helpful and friendly, kept tables clear.
I had to pay for car parking in the car park. I found this surprising since i was a guest. it would improve my experience if parking was complimentary.

The hotel sits next to the lake, so there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. i saw that the bus stops were conveniently located close to the building. This made exploring the area very accessible.

The lakeside location offered such very nice views, I was thrilled! Staff members were so friendly and always smiling. I loved the food. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything exceeded my expectations!

The staff were great, they were always polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, the choice was varied. There was plenty of parking AVAILABLE!!! The room was warm, clean, and cute.
The only addition i would have liked is more choice of cask beer. There were only 2 available on our visit. I would have enjoyed sampling more local ales .

Charming Lakeside Visit

I found the location superb because its lakeside. The large outside seating area suited many guests. Breakfast had great variety. The staff worked hard over the Easter weekend, I liked that.
The bathroom mirror in room 5 had minor issues.
