the breakfast area was nice. i sat outside with a nice view of a lake. the area around the hotel is nice and private. i appreciated that there was a kettle and teas and coffees in the room.
the room had a strange smell upon arrival. i do not know if the room had not been aired out properly. there were thick cobwebs in both the bedroom and bathroom. it would have taken only a couple of minutes to dust them.

the young women at reception upgraded my room that was excellent i loved it. the hotel was nice and the receptionist was really very helpful. she couldn't do enough for me that was very kind.
the hotel was nice but it felt a little dated in parts i noticed. it seemed to need some decoration work while i stayed that was a shame. it was hard to get an evening meal there weren't enough staff.
