tram stop convenient location comfy bedding overwhelmed staff subpar experience missing soap

The tram stop location was convenient for getting around. It was right outside the hotel, how lovely! the room had air conditioning and i found the bedding to be comfy. I liked that a lot.

The check-in experience was subpar! the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. my room lacked hand soap for two days. That's not good at all.

Lovely Hotel, GREAT location!

This hotel is very close to the train station and local amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, it made me smile. The room was clean, and the bed HUGE!

The bar was sometimes a bit loud late into the night.
