surprisingly good experience

friendly staff maintained pool cabaret evening

The staff was always polite. the games room was a hit with my daughter. we also used the swimming pool. It was a good size and well kept. i especially enjoyed the cabaret in the bar in the evening.

The elevator was slightly slow. It wasn't a big deal.

seafront location clean room new bathroom

I enjoyed the hotel's location. It was on the seafront. The room was clean and warm. The bathroom looked new, which I appreciated. The bar offered drinks at GOOD prices. Bar snacks were also available at competitive prices.

I think the staff could benefit from additional support. MOST of the time, only one staff member managed everything, including the bar, front desk, and customer service. It was quite demanding for a single person.

pleasant stay with really good service

the staff provided amazing customer service. one staff member answered our questions and booked the swimming pool for us at the last minute! he even booked us in for dinner after they had closed, also serving us drinks and food. his service made this one of the best experiences i've ever had.
