varied options excellent location original features
the breakfast offered a variety of options. the location was excellent, central to many attractions. the building's architecture impressed me upon arrival. i liked the original features in the lobby
i noticed some dust accumulation on the higher shelves in the room

modern hotel in a great location
central location free pool
the hotel had a central location close to many establishments. i had access to a free pool table plus games. the hotel provided a comfortable space, though they could add more color to the rooms.
the phone in my room did not work! also the toilet roll holder was loose. the basin was draining improperly, and one reading light above the bed was broken, even after i reported it.

I found the staff friendly, THOUGH some seemed more engaged than others. That is understandable. team members informed me of a microwave available for guest use in the lobby.

the hotel location was excellent near to many bars. the location is three minutes from the cavern club. the hotel stood close to good public transport options.

my room was large and it WAS clean. the bed was big and comfortable for sleeping well. some guests may consider that the room is a little dark so more light is necessary.

convenient stay
central location lovely staff breakfast selection
the location was excellent for walking to the docks shopping train station and restaurants. the staff were lovely including the cleaners. breakfast had a nice selection and a bonus menu existed if you wanted a cooked item.
i found a very slight issue, there was no way of requesting fewer towel changes daily.

the hotel is located very close to everything. i could easily reach the cavern, the shopping area named liverpool one, and the waterfront area including the albert docks without difficulty.

a good breakfast was available. it provided a wide range to choose from and included extras cooked to order. i liked the omelettes that i could order freshly made.

the room was spacious super clean and cozy. it featured tall windows that let in a lot of light. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was decent sized, with a nice shower.

Satisfactory stay in central location
central location grand building helpful staff dark room slow breakfast broken wi-fi
The location was very central. The building felt grand. The staff was helpful from check in to check out. They held our bags while we did touristy things.
The room was dark. Lights were only above the bed. Breakfast was not good. I had to ask for eggs to be cooked and that took 20 minutes. The hotel advertised wi-fi but it didn't work.
