Lackluster stay. Some issues present

the location was acceptable and close to the motorway, so that was convenient.
The room cleanliness left something to be desired. The bedding wasn't changed the second night, it was just made up, and the bins weren't emptied. the bathroom also wasn't cleaned. the extractor fan in the bathroom was poor. Any shower longer than a couple of minutes resulted in a steam room.

my room included tea and coffee making facilities. I also found free toiletries very useful. The ensuite bathroom had a shower. i used the free, fast wi-fi every day, it worked fine. The parking lot had plenty of spaces for all guests.
The tv remote required new batteries.

This hotel is near a farm, A FACT that is awesome if you want to see some farm animals. Plenty of open space surrounds the hotel. It's quite a scenic spot.

i ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast offered a full English option. The restaurant service was quick and professional. i enjoyed the experience.

The gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area has lounge chairs. i saw a sauna available for guest use. THESE facilities are nice additions.

Truly Impressed by This Place

The staff displayed amazing attention to detail. My room was super clean upon arrival. I particularly remember a polite young man in the breakfast room. His professional attitude and warm smile were a pleasure. The leisure center offered facilities slightly exceeding usual hotel standards.
I found that the shower head had limited adjustability. This was a slight inconvenience.

The staff showed great attention to detail in all interactions. The room was super clean and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the breakfast room staff. Their professionalism and smiles made my morning (the fresh fruit was a delight!). I found the hotel to be good value.
The bathroom felt small, and the shower head didn't adjust up or down easily.
