Fantastic stay!

The front desk staff were very polite and professional. I really appreciated their kindness. The breakfast team was also polite and helpful. The hotel has superb employees. I was upgraded and the reception staff were fabulous . The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely stay again.
The room was too hot, and the radiator couldn't be adjusted because the thermostatic valve was missing..

Breakfast had many options and was excellent, including a full English breakfast for those wanting to try it. The bar staff were great, providing quick service to all guests. I was impressed that there was a wide variety of choices.

The hotel location is central, near all the pubs and restaurants. It is also in the centre of town with easy walking distance to everything. The hotel has quick access to cumbrian beauty spots. I like this place!

The pool and jacuzzi added relaxation after a hard work day. The hotel had convenient services, with a genuine art deco feel. Modern facilities are in this beautiful building. What a find!

the staff was great upon arrival. i received a warm welcome at reception. the rooms were a good size (i was very happy about it). the location is very convenient and it was easy to walk to places.
My room was quite cold. Only one radiator was working. the towel rail was also not working, so the bathroom was cold (not ideal). i think both the room and bathroom need an upgrade. i did not use the restaurant.
