The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast had a good selection and was filling. My room overlooked the castle and had a great view. The bathroom included toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. I found an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The hotel parking was conveniently located.

The bar area was quite noisy due to some inconsiderate guests. Loud conversations at 8 AM on Sunday woke me. The restaurant dealt poorly with my complaint about a bone found in the food.

The room included a kettle with tea and coffee. A dressing table and hairdryer were available. The wardrobe included an iron and ironing board for guest convenience. The room size was adequate.
