a cosy stay near the quayside

i found the hotel at a wonderful location, very close to quayside. staff was friendly and really helpful at all times. the room i stayed in was clean and had everything i needed for a night.

The room was quite basic and lacked a kettle with tea bags. some tv channels had no signal. I missed bbc2 and itv. the mattress wasn't too comfortable. It felt a little thin.

The location is indeed central. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff at reception were helpful during both check-in and check-out. I found a good quality tv in the room which was a nice bonus (i watched a football match). The cleanliness was apparent, everything felt fresh and well kept.

I found that the room lacked tea or coffee making facilities, which would have been useful.

Staff members were helpful with directions and provided quick responses to queries. They assisted efficiently with my luggage upon arrival and also offered information on local transport options. I am very grateful.
