I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bedding was beautiful and the room included an iron and fan. The staff were professional and friendly, and I found breakfast to be first class.

The room location was not ideal. I faced the back of the hotel and saw a van with boxes. Men were working in the area in the morning, so I had to close the curtains for privacy. There were no headboards on the beds.

I really liked the cleanliness of my room. Breakfasts were also excellent with many options. I also found the parking very convenient. There was plenty of space in both the front and back.

I had some issues with the spa area. The pool was small with no loungers, so it was hard to enjoy. it was a bit too cold to spend time on the outdoor decking.

The facilities included a great spa. Dinner was lovely and breakfast really set me up for the day. It was a great base for the annual Bowling Tour to the North East.

I found the music in the foyer, playing from 7 AM, could be heard in the room. This provided a very early wake-up call.
