excellent location train travel large parking qr code missing remote tv drunken louts noise
the location proved excellent for train travel. a large parking space was available and i could pay using a qr code. the bed was quite comfy and large.
there was no remote for the tv so i went to reception for one. drunken louts shouted and banged doors at 2.45am for 15/20 minutes it shattered my sleep.

disappointing breakfast and noise issues

long wait missing crockery
the location was acceptable, putting me close to transport links.
breakfast was a huge letdown. i waited 45 minutes for my food, and others who arrived later were served before me. my sausage was so hard i couldn't eat it, and i had to ask for a second hot drink after nearly an hour. there were also issues with missing crockery and juice at the buffet.

flooded spaces poor bathroom
I found the parking situation quite disappointing. i paid for parking, but the available spaces were flooded. I think that paying for flooded spaces is bad. also, the bathroom design was poor. It flooded every time i showered. there was about an inch of water while i was doing my hair, a sound like a droning wave was in and out during the night. it woke me up repeatedly

the hotel offered a great central location. it was near the station, i appreciated that. the staff were friendly and helpful, they helped me with directions. the room had a walk in shower and that was nice.
the gym was lacking equipment. i only realized at the end of my trip that i should have a king room. the carpets needs cleaning, it was shabby.
