the staff at the hotel are very helpful. hayley prepared my room, and she did a very nice job. fitness and solarium facilities was fantastic, and the staff makes you very welcome. breakfast was very well prepared and presented with a good selection.

the spa is noisy. i could hear loud movements of people on the next floor both in the massage rooms and the relaxation room. the swimming area is small and dirty and needing repair. there was a lot of room service trays left unattended for hours outside peoples room and on the staircase.
