disappointing room readiness and spa experience.

the hotel location is great. i liked exploring the area.
i wasn't happy the room wasn't ready at check-in time. i had to wait almost an hour, which cut into my spa time. it was annoying to waste that time waiting.

I appreciated the high-quality furnishings and decor throughout the hotel. My room included tea and coffee making facilities. The blackout curtains were effective for a good night's sleep.
The food at the pizzeria was quite disappointing (I think the location has potential, but the execution fell short). Service felt inattentive and slow. The pizzas were rather mediocre.

ample spacenice touchreserved beds
I stayed in beck view cottage pet friendly. THE ample space worked well with our dog. i liked the little mill. It added a nice touch. i ALSO found the reserved beds in the spa helpful.

The location is definitely a plus. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The breakfast offered a good variety. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was appreciated.
Signage to the hotel was unclear. I found the parking area quite far from the entrance. The pool chemicals made my eyes sore.
