dirty sink loose shower hose
My bathroom had a few issues. I found some mold on the ceiling and on the grout. The sink wasn't clean. A part of the shower hose hung loose. The problems are fixable. I do wonder why they are neglected.

I found the reception staff to be very polite and efficient at check-in. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable with a good choice of pillows. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.
The parking spaces are a little narrow for larger, modern cars.

amazing service lovely receptionist tired decor uncomfortable mattress
the receptionist was so nice checking me in. she explained all about parking and the restaurant. breakfast was great with lovely cooked food, and susan was so nice, service was amazing.
the mattress wasn't too comfortable. the decor seemed a bit tired. there was not sockets by the bed. i wouldn't want to stay more than three nights because of that

I found the staff very accommodating. They readily addressed my queries. the room was very clean. also. i appreciated the well-equipped restaurant
