I received a premium room upgradewith snacks in the fridge. I really appreciated this after my work travel. hayley greeted me upon arrival with a smile, and she was helpful. well kept. The staff were approachable and friendly.

mixed feelings regarding stay
poor soundproofingearly closure
sound insulation was not good. i clearly heard conversations from other rooms. the restaurant closing early was a problem because i wanted dinner. no food was available after 9 pm and that is not acceptable.

The room had a very large TV and lots of pillows.
I found a coffee mug outside the hotel against the glass panel. It was still there the next morning. It was disappointing that no one had disposed of it. This LACKED attentiveness.
