I had such a great time here! the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for exploring. It's close to everything! the room included a fan, really useful.

the room felt a bit warm, even with the fan, it could have been better with air conditioning.

The location was GREAT! it was very convenient for getting around. The staff was helpful and polite. They provided excellent service.

The room was dated. Some areas needed updating. There was also noise from the nearby station, which disturbed my SLEEP.

warm welcome fresh pastries satisfying array maintained environment

the staff extended such a warm welcome, a sweet start to my stay. the breakfast selection included fresh pastries, good fruit, and a really satisfying array of hot items. the hotel's character and originality felt so special, a true delight. i appreciated the clean and well kept environment .

The bathroom design felt a little dated. The shower enclosure had just one door.

The location proved very convenient, especially with the train station so close. The proximity made travel easy. the staff were friendly, and were quick with check-in, thank you zoe! the room had a fan. It was perfect for keeping the room cool. check out was fast and smooth, thank you jonathon!

I thought we had no tea or coffee in the room. I later found it hidden in a cupboard as we were about to checkout

spacious room clean bathroom comfortable bed hanging net curtains horrendous paint work substandard room

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice and clean. I found the safe to be a nice touch. Not everywhere has that kind of care. The bed was comfy. It was not too soft and not too hard, which I REALLY liked!!!

The room just wasn't up to scratch. I saw the net curtains hanging off the window. They weren't even attached. The paint work around the window, bedroom doors, and walls was horrendous.
