The location proved very convenient, especially with the train station so close. The proximity made travel easy. the staff were friendly, and were quick with check-in, thank you zoe! the room had a fan. It was perfect for keeping the room cool. check out was fast and smooth, thank you jonathon!

I thought we had no tea or coffee in the room. I later found it hidden in a cupboard as we were about to checkout

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice and clean. I found the safe to be a nice touch. Not everywhere has that kind of care. The bed was comfy. It was not too soft and not too hard, which I REALLY liked!!!

The room just wasn't up to scratch. I saw the net curtains hanging off the window. They weren't even attached. The paint work around the window, bedroom doors, and walls was horrendous.
