The room was fabulous! I found plenty of tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits, even bottles of water. Robes and slippers are a must for the spa, which saved time getting changed. The staff were so polite, helpful, and friendly. I loved the whole experience. The spa was wonderful too.

The accessible toilet was too low. The toilet roll was wrongly placed behind the person.

The food was amazing! I had both the carvery and breakfast. Fusion bar was lively for drinks and to watch sports. It was a nice experience overall.

The room was very spacious and clean. It had two comfortable chairs and a small table, ideal. The bathroom was modern and included a separate shower. I found the provided toiletries to be high quality and plentiful.

The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes a little weak in certain areas of the room.
