the breakfast was lovely. i enjoyed the large choice available. staff were very friendly. ashley, tom, kelsey, ollie, alex h, joseph, daniel and rj helped me a lot. the location is perfect for strolling into town. walking out of the back revolving doors leads to a gate, it makes it even quicker (i really liked that!). i found the staff very helpful, caring, polite, and attentive. the spa was beautiful. the breakfast was plentiful. the hotel's location allows easy walks to restaurants and shops. i felt the staff were polite and efficient. the team. sheila and tiffany in the spa showed me around before i decided to use the facilities. i was very impressed by the professional and polite bar and reception staff (i did not manage to get names). i appreciated the little extras as a hilton honors member. the room was spacious. it had fresh, quality bedding and towels. the bathroom was big. the two superking beds were perfect for our family. i really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar.

I loved the spa! I received a full body massage, and Gabby and Joanne were friendly. The massage was AMAZING!!! The location is also convenient because it is easy to walk into town. Restaurants were close to hand.
The bathroom occasionally smelled of sewer on the 5th level. This might be due to the ventilation.
