The dinner was excellent value for money and the restaurant was AMAZING!!!

I was disappointed that spa facilities were not included in the price. I booked through a third party, and it turns out you have to pay an extra fee. The exterior looks very dated and drab. The rooms felt quite ordinary for the price, too.

The team met in two different conference rooms over two days. megan hastwell, the conference and events coordinator, was excellent. She was patient and flexible. we appreciated her superb organisation. she helped us to get the right package together. for two days. She was lovely to deal with.

the bar seemed to close on the whim of the staff. they deemed it 'too quiet' and stopped serving around 10 o'clock.

the room was a letdown. i booked a 'signature double room' but it felt far from it. the carpet had some questionable stains, and there were splashes on the walls. it just didn't feel like the high-end experience i was hoping for.
