i found the reception staff helpful. the location was excellent. breakfast included multiple choices. the hotel parking was very convenient at ten pounds per night.
the sink tap in my room leaked water a lot.

constant noise tiny bathroom
The location was perfect for transport links. The staff at reception were friendly.
I was disappointed (really disappointed) with my room. The room felt very small, and there was constant noise from a ventilation system. The bathroom was also tiny.
