i found a modern and very clean room. the bed was comfortable! i slept so well. the self-service machine in the lobby made check-in really easy, and i was able to leave my luggage in a secure room after i checked out, that was so convenient! the breakfast was good, such a wide range of choices.

The self check-in was a bit of a joke. I had to connect to the wifi to get an email with a code. Then I punched the code into a machine and made my own room key. It saved staff costs I guess but it wasn't customer friendly. Also the young man at the reception desk rolled his eyes when I asked why staff couldn't check me in. Apparently wanting a human interaction makes me a dinosaur.

small roomdifficult access

the executive king room did NOT seem worth the extra cost. I expected a larger room, maybe even a mini-fridge. the sky TV didn't even work. I was a little disappointed. Getting into the building at night was also a hassle, requiring staff to manually let me in after waiting in the cold.

The room size was much smaller than i expected. i booked a beautiful family room. but it felt cramped, especially with luggage. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. It got very steamy after a shower and there was no way to air it out. we loved the pool. but the gym equipment was limited. there was no hand sanitizer available near the machines. this was a concern .
