The location is pretty good, very central. the staff were very pleasant. That was nice. i found the room and bathroom very clean too. it was perfect for my night's stay.

I found there were no glasses for tap water. there were only cardboard cups. this meant i only had one coffee because i couldn't really wash the cup from the night before. the tv also did not work. I found this out at 11 pm. i didn't want to walk down from the 5th floor at that time.

i found the room size inadequate for my needs. maneuvering with luggage proved difficult because of the limited space. the poor soundproofing was also a concern since noise from the corridor disrupted my sleep. it is necessary to be mindful of these issues.

the hotel was clean and the location was acceptable.

my room was smaller than i expected. the air conditioning seemed faulty as cold air blew constantly, even when switched off. i also noted the lack of a bin, a fairly standard amenity. some rubbish remained from a previous guest behind the sofa.

My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the helpful staff, they were always available. The bar area downstairs was very inviting!

The disposable cups provided for tea and coffee were not ideal as they deteriorated quickly!
