the staff was very pleasant. the hotel provides morning coffee and croissants (a nice touch). any needs in my room were met quickly and the hotel was clean.

the wi-fi was patchy in the room with frequent drop-outs.

the hotel is near many attractions and transport links. several pubs are also nearby. it is a short walk from main points of interest. the location is superb.

the pool, steam room and sauna were a great bonus. these facilities were not big, but good for a quick dip. the hotel has a gym. you can find different machines there.

the staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. the reception staff was wonderfully pleasant and accommodating. morning coffee and croissants are provided (always a plus). any room needs were met quickly.

The location was superb. Access to shops and restaurants was easy. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The housekeeping was done to a high standard.

Check-in lacked detailed information which was frustrating. Our room was not made up until late in the afternoon. The lack of brandy glasses was strange when I ordered a brandy.

i found the staff to be helpful. the location was very convenient, close to many attractions. the room was spacious and clean. i am grateful for the excellent service i received.

the breakfast quality was not high. i thought the breakfast pastries tasted stale. also, i noticed the poorly signed parking bays were used by non-electric vehicles.
