the staff provided really good service . i received an email before i arrived and i was asked about my specific needs or any recommendations i needed. my room was upgraded as i was visiting for a special birthday celebration. the suite had excellent cleanliness, condition, and comfort.

the staff were attentive and engaging. a team member offered turndown service, water, and assistance. the team exhibited attentiveness and engagement throughout my stay. staff members were generally not ignoring guests.

the pool area looked clean and safe for families. the spa facilities included a swimming pool and a sauna. the hotel location allows for easy access to various city attractions. the historical building provided an awesome and gorgeous atmosphere.

Really good Service and Prime Location
very nice attentiveness warm welcome high housekeeping
The staff displayed very nice attentiveness. Ria Anne provided a warm welcome. Her helpfulness continued throughout my stay. Housekeeping maintained high standards. I found all staff amazing including the doormen, concierges, and reception personnel.
The breakfast area was located next to the kitchen. This placement. The setting detracted somewhat from the overall dining experience. I would have preferred a more secluded seating arrangement.

The room felt very comfortable. Great attention was given to breakfast and dinner. High housekeeping standards were certainly noticeable. A very warm welcome was provided on arrival.

cute doormen great location spacious room rubbery eggs disappointing breakfast missing toaster
the doormen were cute. i found the location great with easy access to nearby attractions. my room (a beautiful king room) was spacious and comfortable (it had everything i needed!).
the breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. the eggs were a bit rubbery. i also noted the absence of a toaster at the buffet (quite unusual!).
