I liked that breakfast included many options. The staff provided excellent service to guests each morning. I found my room clean with a comfortable bed. A welcome drink was a nice touch upon arrival too.
The hotel parking was limited and sometimes difficult to find a space.

I booked a Murder Mystery night and the theme was Fawlty Towers. The price included a drink upon check-in, a bedroom, breakfast, welcome fizz, and a three-course meal, all for two people. The value was great (especially the food!). I had a lovely refurbished room on the ground floor near the ballroom.
The bedroom was okay, but nothing really good about it. The room was dated and not super clean. One of the bedside lampshades was torn (surely this should have been immediately replaced).

The staff was friendly, including the Murder Mystery actors. A glass of fizz welcomed all guests upon arrival to the Murder Mystery night. The hotel provides excellent service.

The room was spacious and included comfy beds. The chairs allowed for garden view admiration. Room 67 provided easy access to the ballroom.
