relaxing spa stay
quiet facilities excellent massage relaxing view
The spa was a highlight of my visit. The facilities were quiet. both my massage and my partner's massage were excellent. the relaxation room had hot drinks and blankets and also offered views to the scottish countryside. It was conducive to relaxation.
i thought the gym needed a slight update, as some equipment looked old.

Underwhelming Stay at This Hotel
faulty heating slow bar service
The room assigned was a letdown. I expected better for the price. The heating in my room didn't seem to work. I was cold all night and I hate it. the bar service was so slow, it took ages to get a simple drink. I seen other people waited a long time as well.
