central location friendly staff huge amount tired bathroom inconsistent water edges imperfection

I found the location excellent. It is very central. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also good, and a huge amount was available. it really made the morning!

i have to say, calling this a four-star hotel feels a bit generous. the bathroom seemed a bit tired, especially around the edges. i noticed the hot water wasn't always consistent. that was disappointing.

The building has a beautiful design. Breakfast offered lots of choices with great taste, also staff worked hard. The leisure facilities seemed great. I saw people use them.

The car park had a daily charge. It felt unnecessary.

Breakfast had A lot of different options. i enjoyed the haggis and the yoghurt. reception staff delivered great customer service, maybe the best i have ever received. i went to the pool. The spa facilities are very good.

the bathroom was old. grout in the shower had mold.

ample choice hardworking staff great facilities

The breakfast had many choices and tasted great. Staff cleaned up as soon as you finished. Staff topped up the food all the time. The leisure facilities were great.

I found the car park charge unnecessary.
