“In Stirling, the Highland Hotel occupies a grand Victorian building, once the city's high school, now a relaxing place for couples and families. The Scholars Restaurant, an AA Rosette winner, emphasizes local ingredients, while the spa and indoor pool encourage relaxation. I find the blend of historical charm and modern amenities compelling, not to mention the rooftop observatory.”
