Modern and Comfortable Stay!

It was my first time at a CitizenM hotel! I did not really check anything about the hotel in advance, so I had no idea what to expect. It was a positive surprise! The bed was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and nice.

The room featured iPad functionalities to control lights and curtains. A super king-sized bed was present. Inside window blinds were provided, offering privacy and darkness as needed. The shower was roomy with a rainfall shower available.

The hotel provides a perfect location with easy access to various points of interest. St Enoch is just 10 to 15 minutes away, and the central area is also within 10 minutes. The central station is a convenient distance from the hotel.

The check-in and check-out system was simple. Staff were available 24/7, very helpful when checking in. Staff members exhibited friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay, it was AMAZING!!!
