the bed was comfortable. i also liked the helpful staff .

the television did not work well, with the signal cutting in and out. i also found the room to be mediocre looking, with stains on the walls.

controllable lighting comfortable bed stressful facility taped carpet

the hotel room had controllable lighting. the shower was GREAT, i loved it! i had a wonderful experience, it was really awesome. the bed was comfortable and very quiet.

the self check in facility felt stressful, i did not love it. the hotel advertised it too much. one of the lifts was not working, it caused waiting time. the lift had the carpet taped together.

the bed was large and comfortable (i slept great!). multiple uk, european, and american outlets were available in the room. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

the climate control struggled to adequately heat the room, making it quite cold.

Modern and Comfortable Stay!

It was my first time at a CitizenM hotel! I did not really check anything about the hotel in advance, so I had no idea what to expect. It was a positive surprise! The bed was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and nice.

The room featured iPad functionalities to control lights and curtains. A super king-sized bed was present. Inside window blinds were provided, offering privacy and darkness as needed. The shower was roomy with a rainfall shower available.

The hotel provides a perfect location with easy access to various points of interest. St Enoch is just 10 to 15 minutes away, and the central area is also within 10 minutes. The central station is a convenient distance from the hotel.

The check-in and check-out system was simple. Staff were available 24/7, very helpful when checking in. Staff members exhibited friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay, it was AMAZING!!!
