excellent rooms and services

trained staff welcome prosecco

i found the staff very well trained and attentive. the hotel is luxury personified. a shuttle service runs to the golf clubhouse. i had a bottle of prosecco on ice and individual cupcakes waiting for me upon arrival.

attentive staff good culinary experience wide selection

the staff were great, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the food in both the bar and the 1906 restaurant was fabulous, offering a good culinary experience. afternoon tea was a highlight (i loved all the teas!), with a wide selection and attentive service.

The floor in my room wasn't hoovered one day, and bathroom toiletries weren't replaced. This happened when i returned at 4pm.

An Exquisite Stay!

shuttle bus beautiful interior very nice food

The cottage provided a convenient shuttle bus link to the hotel. I appreciated having access to the pool, spa, gym, and restaurants. We enjoyed our own living room plus a separate bedroom. It was great!!! The hotel boasts amazing, well-fitted interiors. The golf courses proved lovely, and the clubhouse offered very nice food and drinks.

I found one instance where the service felt slightly slow, a minor issue.

main gate golf trip immediate handling heavy furniture housekeeping expectations pricing disparity

the welcome at the main gate was very nice. my friend and i came for a golf trip lasting two days. our clubs and bags were immediately handled while we checked in.

the furniture in the room seemed heavy. housekeeping did not meet expectations. i also noticed a disparity in pricing across food and beverage outlets
