wow, what a stay!

friendly staff amazing bar birthday celebration

i was blown away! the staff were friendly. the rooftop bar was amazing. the 'treat me like i'm famous' package added an extra layer of fun to my birthday celebration!

i did notice that finding bathrobes required contacting reception. it would be a convenience if they were readily available in the bathroom. adding this small touch would definitely enhance the overall experience!

the staff offered prosecco upon arrival! the room decoration featured wooden panel walls, a flower bouquet, and gold flower petals. i felt welcomed in the cabin room.

The room i stayed in was too dark. There was no option to increase the brightness.

missing batteries broken door

the remote control didn't work at first (annoying, right?). i found it was missing batteries. also, the mini bar only had soft drinks when it should have been stocked with alcohol according to the price list. nobody followed up after i reported it, and the bathroom door didn't close fully. the room felt small.

I appreciated the friendly staff. i also enjoyed the complimentary prosecco offered upon entering. the decoration of our cabin impressed me. I found it very cute. wooden panel walls and a gorgeous flower bouquet made my night nice.

the hallways were dark, difficult to navigate at times. i found it hard to find my way.

Staff provided a seamless check-in process with friendly assistance. ruby greeted me with arrival prosecco and a cute smile. I found this very kind. sian and callum were excellent servers at the rooftop bar. I was grateful.

wonderfully situated, the hotel is in the heart of the merchant city. i was no more than a short walk from restaurants or cocktail bars. the outside of the hotel is very clean and well presented, it looked good.

i was welcomed with a friendly smile and a drink on arrival the staff were attentive. late check out was convenient breakfast had quick service

the room was very small for the price i paid i expected some complimentary water i also think better quality toiletries would be beneficial

i loved the rooftop bar , it was beautiful. the cocktails were amazing , so creative and delicious. dial a butler for prosecco and milk and cookies was also a fantastic touch.

the cabin rooms are far too hot , i found it quite uncomfortable. the air con was not working , i had to leave the door open. there was not much storage space , it was hard to keep the room tidy.
