i appreciated the location near restaurants and shops. the staff was very kind and helpful. i also enjoyed the spacious dining area and the workstations in the lobby. the decor created a very chill atmosphere throughout the hotel.

the tv remote was not working properly initially and required changing

The location was ideal. I had easy access to shops and eateries. The staff provided helpful assistance and pleasant service. I was really surprised by the comfy bed, ensuring rest.

I experienced some minor issue. The room needed darker curtains to block sunlight fully. I wish there were more options for controlling room brightness.

i found the bed offered really good comfort. the gym had a clean and well-equipped area with various equipment for workouts. laundry facilities were a convenient addition, very helpful during my extended scotland trip.

the lack of a refrigerator or minibar in the room was a noticeable omission. this impacted my ability to store beverages and snacks .
